Factory traffic in production hall
Requirement: The production hall has several opposite hall doors. The incoming air is greatly accelerated. Temperature differences between different production halls or between the indoor and outdoor areas intensify the effect. A lot of energy is lost at the doors due to air flowing out.
Solution: By installing Ratiovent industrial air curtains, the acceleration of the air is greatly reduced and the energy loss at the doors is significantly reduced. Delivery and goods traffic is not restricted in any way. The workplaces near the doors benefit from an improved indoor climate and reduced draughts.

Dispatch area in logistics
Requirement: The docking doors are open during the unloading and loading process. This causes disturbing draughts and conditioned room air escapes uncontrolled from the hall.

Ice formation on doors in the freezer area
Requirement: There are large temperature differences (e.g. -18°C in the freezer room and +15 to 20°C in the anteroom) and differences in humidity at the doors of deep-freeze rooms. There is an immediate risk of ice and frost forming on the floor when the door is opened.
Solution: The Teddington Friguvent air curtain is installed in the anteroom. The Teddington nozzle unit with tear-off edges on both sides, specially optimised for use on cold storage cells, reduces secondary air induction and improves airflow. It works with the lowest possible air volume with maximum shielding. Fog formation and unwanted hoar frost on the floor are successfully reduced.
